How to book your first appointment

Complete the contact page at the bottom of this page. You will hear from me within a business day.

You will receive a call from me within one business day to answer any questions and to help you set up your first appointment. You will receive a link to you email to register your personal profile and to select your first appointment.

Once you have signed up for an appointment, you will receive a link to your virtual appointment. Please complete any patient forms ahead of your appointment.

Both virtual and in-person appointments are available.

I am contracted with most major medical insurances through All American Medical Group (AAMG). Please contact your medical insurance provider to see if you are eligible to join AAMG. For more information about AAMG, please visit Become a Member — AAMG Doctors
