Each provider at Lifewave Psychiatry participates with different insurance plans. Please review your selected provider’s profile carefully to confirm which insurance plans they currently accept before scheduling.
Across our practice, providers may participate with Aetna, Medicare, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, and Optum/UnitedHealthcare. Coverage and network participation vary by provider.
